Trực tiếp bóng đá – ĐT Việt Nam bất ngờ thay đổi kế hoạch trước trận gặp ĐT Trung Quốc
The plan for the Vietnamese national football team in October is to play three international friendly matches against China, Uzbekistan, and South Korea on October 10th, 13th, and 17th respectively.

However, this plan had to be changed to comply with FIFA regulations. According to FIFA, each national team is only allowed to play two international friendly matches at the A level during each FIFA Days period. Therefore, the Vietnamese national team will have to choose one non-A level match in October 2023.
Based on the above regulations, the Vietnamese team has chosen the matches against China and South Korea as the two A-level international friendly matches during the FIFA Days in October 2023.
The match against Uzbekistan on October 13th is agreed by both teams to be a non-FIFA Days match in October 2023. This match primarily serves the technical work of the coaching staff of both teams, so it will be played without an audience and without media operations. The result of the match will not count towards the FIFA ranking.
This is unfortunate news for Vietnamese fans as they will not have the opportunity to watch the Vietnamese national team compete against stars from West Asia.
However, for coach Troussier, this is good news as he will have more opportunities to experiment with personnel changes since teams can freely substitute players in non-FIFA Days matches.
